The app is called backgrounds and it's free. 

It has tons of fantastic wallpaper for your iphone or upload as a desktop background on your computer. You can click on category's to find the kind of design your looking for. The list seems endless, from messages to patterns, fantasy to girly, Artsy to funny or cute and loads more besides.

I have found some of my favorites in the girly category. Yep trust me I'm a girly girl! So to prove just how good this free backgrounds app is I fault I would share one of the girly wallpapers that grace my Mac in the form of a screen saver.
